POLITE NOTICE

At Remedy we try to accommodate you by being flexible with our appointment times and once your treatment has been booked with us, we will always do our best to fulfill your treatment and ask politely that you treat us with the same courtesy.

Due to an increase in last minute cancellations and no shows we have had to introduce the following booking fee and cancellation policies:

Booking Fee

All appointments that are over an hour in duration are subject to a booking fee of 50% of the total treatment cost, this is payable at the time of making the appointment with us.

We are fully aware that sometimes plans do change unexpectedly and request that you will give us as much notice as possible, to enable us to fill your slot.

Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy:

Up to 48 hours’ notice

If you can’t make your appointment, we’ll be happy to reschedule it or provide a full refund.

24 to 12 hours’ notice

You can reschedule your appointment, but your original booking fee will be lost.

Less than 12 hours’ notice and no show

No refunds will be given. Any re-booked appointment will be charged at full price and payment will be required at the time of booking

Late arrivals

Life does happen, so we’ll still do our best to complete your treatment, if there’s time. However, if it isn’t possible to complete your treatment in what’s left of the allotted time, the full price will still apply.
